Privacy policy.
What we collect, why we use it, who processes it with us, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

Who we are
Metrivix is a software company based in Mexico City. We work remotely with clients in any country, including the United States.
Metrivix, S.A. de C.V. is the business responsible for the personal information described here. Our address for privacy purposes is Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico. Reach us at noe@metrivix.com.
The company is currently being incorporated. Until that is complete, Noé Domínguez Aldana is personally responsible for the processing described in this policy and for answering any request you make under it, at the same address and email. Once the company is formed it takes over those obligations, and nothing you have already asked for is affected.
Because we operate from Mexico, your information is processed outside the United States. Submitting a form means you understand your information will be handled in Mexico and on infrastructure located in the United States, under the terms described here.
What we collect
This site has one public form: the contact form. We only collect what you type into it, plus one technical detail:
- Contact details: your name, company, email address, and phone number if you choose to give it.
- Your message: whatever you write in the form, and any email, call, or document that follows from it.
- Connection data: the IP address you submit from. It is stored alongside your submission and used to cap how many requests come from one source, which is what keeps automated spam out.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or profiling of any kind. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, and it never leaves your device.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Our careers page and its resume upload are published in Spanish only and are not part of the English site. If you apply through it, the Spanish privacy notice governs that submission.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to:
- Answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
- Schedule calls, meetings, or working sessions.
- Understand what you need and put together a proposal, an estimate, or a scope document.
- Deliver the work if you hire us, and support it afterward.
- Meet our accounting, tax, and contractual obligations.
- Keep the public form from being abused.
We may also send you occasional information about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time and it will not affect anything else.
We never use it for anything else. In particular, we do not sell it or share it for advertising — see the section on that below.
Who processes it with us
Two vendors handle your information on our behalf, under our instructions and for no purpose of their own:
- Amazon Web Services: hosts this site, processes form submissions, stores the contact record, and delivers our notification email. The infrastructure sits in AWS US East (Ohio).
- Zoho: provides the mailboxes where we receive and answer your message.
Beyond these, we do not disclose your information to anyone else, except where a court or a legal obligation requires it.
How long we keep it
- Contact submissions: kept while there is an active commercial interest, and up to five years after our last exchange, so we can show where a relationship came from.
- Spam-prevention counters: the record tied to an IP address is deleted automatically after twenty minutes.
- Contract, tax, and accounting records: kept for as long as the applicable law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it to contact you. Write to us and we will handle it. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA also gives you the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes we collect them for, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — though as stated above, we do neither. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws — Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others — have broadly similar rights, and we handle every request the same way regardless of where you live.
To exercise any of this, email noe@metrivix.com with the word "Privacy" in the subject line, tell us what you want us to do, and give us a way to reply. We may need to confirm your identity first. We answer within thirty days; if we need longer, we will tell you why before that deadline passes.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not receive anything of value in exchange for it.
Because of that, there is nothing for you to opt out of, and no "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism to submit. We are stating it here plainly so you do not have to go looking.
This site runs no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, and no cross-site trackers. The only companies that ever touch your information are the two vendors listed above, which host our site and our email and act only on our instructions.
If this ever changes, we will update this section before the change takes effect, not after. If you want confirmation of our current practice in writing, email noe@metrivix.com and we will send it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards: encryption in transit over HTTPS, encryption at rest, least-privilege access, and rate limiting on the public form.
No safeguard is perfect. If a breach ever put your rights at meaningful risk, we would tell you so you could act on it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the law, our services, or our practices change. The version on this page is always the one in effect, with its date at the top.
If a change is substantial, we will tell you through the same channel you used to contact us.
Questions about your data?
Email us at noe@metrivix.com and we will get back to you. You can also use the contact form.
Metrivix operates from Mexico. This policy is written for readers in the United States and reflects the rights available under U.S. state privacy laws; our Spanish-language notice covers the same processing under Mexican law.
